Delivery

Jacksons offers in home delivery in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. This service includes the placement of the items at your home, and the removal of any packing material you desire. In most cases, assembly of product is included with delivery.

Scheduling for service or delivery can be done when visiting our retail location, or by calling 214-350-9200. All deliveries are scheduled with a 3-4 hour time frame in mind.

We also offer curbside delivery for out of town customers by way of company trucks and common courier. Please ask a sales representative for details.

Fireplace and Chimney Service

In addition to our gas log installation, we offer our fireplace and chimney services throughout the year. Don’t wait until the cold weather to have your chimney repaired or inspected!

Few things are better than a cozy evening by the fire. So, when your fireplace is broken, contact us to help. We help you figure out solutions to any of these:

• Chimney repair (leaks, cracks, flashing repair)
• Chimney Sweeping / Cleaning / Maintenenance
• Broken pilot light on your gas log or fireplace
• Gas flame doesn't work properly
• New glass doors to enhance the look of your fireplace
• Excess smoke in your house from your fireplace
• Fireplace is not heating properly
• Damper Repair
• Bird and Animal Removal

Fountain Service

Jacksons offers the following services for fountains:

• Delivery and Installation. This includes transportation and set up (leveling, proper operation) of the fountain at the desired location. This does not include slab foundation that in some cases may be required. Ask Sales Associate for details.
• Fountain Service for already installed fountains. We do offer service and troubleshooting on fountains purchased at our retail store.
• Fountain Transfer: Jacksons is happy to assist with the transfer and re-installation of your fountain to another location. Ask associate for details.

All fountain installations and service calls have a warrantee for 90 days for issues not related to misuse or lack of care. (see Fountain Service Policy). Use of bleach or chlorine in your fountain automatically voids the warranty on the fountain pump. If you require service on a fountain that is unlike what we stock at our store, we may still be able to service it. Ask for details with store manager.

Gas Light Service

Gas Grill Services and Parts

Jacksons is pleased to offer qualified grill technicians to install or service your barbecue grill. We provide excellent, onsite service, as well as replacement parts for the following types of grills:
