Shipping Policy

We’re delighted to bring Jacksons Home & Garden right to your door. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by product and destination and will be estimated at checkout. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other international destinations.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Most items ship from our Jacksons Home & Garden warehouse and are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Larger or specialty items, such as patio furniture and grills, ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time.
  • Orders containing items from multiple locations may arrive in separate shipments with different tracking numbers. We’ll provide updates for each shipment.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and local freight providers, depending on your order’s size and destination.
  • Standard Shipping: Smaller items typically ship via ground service. Allow up to 7 business days after processing.
  • Freight Delivery: Larger items ship via freight and may require appointment scheduling or special handling. Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier; please allow extra time for rural or remote areas.

Important: Delivery estimates are approximate. Jacksons Home & Garden is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.

White-Glove Delivery (Patio Furniture and Grills)

  • In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we offer white-glove delivery, including careful handling, unboxing, and assembly of your premium patio furniture, grills, and smokers.
  • For deliveries outside this area, some freight carriers may offer white-glove service at an additional fee. We’ll discuss availability and pricing during your order process.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping may be available for select items shipped from our Jacksons warehouse.
  • Expedited options are not available for items fulfilled by the brand manufacturer or shipped via freight.
  • Availability and pricing depend on item size, weight, and destination.

Please note: While we strive to accommodate expedited requests, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for all parcel shipments. Freight shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.

Local Pickup – Dallas, Texas

Choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Dallas warehouse. Most pickup orders are ready within 2 business days and available Monday–Friday during business hours, excluding holidays.

Damage During Shipping

  • We take great care in packing every order, but damage may occasionally occur, especially with third-party freight carriers. To help us assist you quickly:
  • Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery.
  • For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.
  • Failure to note damage may limit our ability to file a claim.
  • If possible, take photos and refuse delivery of visibly damaged items.
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours via the website and retain all packaging materials.
  • We’ll work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • Jacksons Home & Garden carefully prepares and ships your order. Tracking and delivery confirmation are provided once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • For packages lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim to recover your order.
  • For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to provide tracking information but cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
