Yes! Dallas–Fort Worth customers receive complimentary delivery, professional assembly, and old grill removal when purchasing any grill or smoker.
Yes! In the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we provide white-glove delivery for premium patio furniture, grills, and smokers. This includes careful handling, unboxing, and assembly. For deliveries outside DFW, white glove service may be available through select freight carriers for an additional fee.
Online Orders & Shipping
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or international destinations.

Most orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM CST begin processing the following business day. Larger or specialty items, such as patio furniture and grills, may ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional processing time.
Smaller items typically ship via ground service and may arrive within 7 business days after processing. Larger or specialty items may take longer. Arrival depends on the size and destination of your order. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Jacksons Home & Garden is not responsible for delays caused by these events.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and local freight carriers depending on item size and destination:
- Smaller items ship via ground service
- Larger items ship via freight and may require appointment scheduling
- Delivery estimates are approximate. Jacksons Home & Garden is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Jacksons Home & Garden reserves the right to refuse a refund if an item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging with tags.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Purchases made by check require a 12-day holding period.
Final sale items:

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Jacksons Home & Garden reserves the right to refuse a refund if an item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging with tags.
To initiate a return, contact us via our website to open a ticket. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected (typically 5–7 business days).
Return shipping costs:
- Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse returns
- Jacksons Home & Garden covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (follow our policy instructions for proper processing)
Yes. Bring your item and proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) to our Dallas retail store within 30 days. Items must meet return eligibility requirements to qualify for a refund.
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Visible freight damage: Note it on the delivery paperwork before signing and consider refusing delivery
- Damage discovered after delivery: Contact us via the website within 48 hours and retain all packaging. Photos may be required for investigation.
For defective items under normal use within 30 days of delivery, we provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund. Photos may be required for investigation.
For standard in-stock items, contact us as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping begins, changes may not be possible. Special orders, made-to-order items, and final sale items cannot be changed or canceled.
