- Returns and exchanges must be made in person at our Dallas retail location within 30 days of purchase.
- Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging or with tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cash refunds require a receipt.
- Purchases made by check will have a 12-day holding period before refunds are processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special orders
- Clearance or "as-is" merchandise
- Seasonal décor
- Painted concrete items
- Rugs, pillows, and plants
2. ONLINE PURCHASES
Inspecting Your Delivery:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, take photos and contact us via the website within 7 days so we may open a ticket.
- Should your item arrive damaged, we’ll guide you through the carrier claim process and ensure a replacement or refund is arranged as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Purchase)
- Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear, dirt, damage, or are missing original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the item.

Quality Guarantee:
If an item is found to be defective under normal use within 30 days of delivery, please contact us via the website so that we may open a ticket. We will ask for you to provide the order number and photos documenting the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Returning by Mail (Online Purchases Only)
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our us via the website and include your order number to open a ticket.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and assist with the replacement or refund.

- Special orders, made-to-order items, and final sale items cannot be changed or canceled after purchase.
